At American Capital Funds Group, we’ve analyzed these problems for nearly 20 years and created a system to eliminate 100% of the risk in making good, profitable real estate investment choices. Because each part of a real estate transaction is usually handled by a different company, each company has a very myopic view of helping their clients. Usually, they are more interested in selling their knowledge, making a commission (Realty companies) or selling their service (Contractors) than helping investors make money. Thus, most of their respective clients end up spending hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars and still make poor investment decisions, or even worse, never even make an investment.

As Commercial Lending Brokers & Investors we purposely go out and identify strong ROI properties for our clients who are interested in receiving income on a regular basis with little to no effort to maintain it. In the tax world that’s called passive income.

Buy & Resale Strategy (Flip)

We Analyze the property:

As 25 years Real Estate Investors and Commercial Mortgage Brokers, we know exactly how to evaluate Investment property. We look at the area, we calculate the rehab cost, we provide the ARV (after repair value) with key financial ratios and calculations necessary when making a educated decision on if you should buy it.

We provide you an opinion based on ROI and your investment strategy on potential properties that allow you to review

Consulting and Project Management

FEE SCHEDULE (A La Carte):
Stakeholder Program Fee: $3,800.00 (per property) or 1.5%, whichever higher
Property Identification and Analysis Commission Fee: 3% paid by Stakeholder

Commercial Loan Brokerage Fee 2% (Stakeholder Program clients the need loan placement for property)

Stakeholder VIP Program

After completing and/or referring (3) projects with us we will waive all future Investment Program Fees ($3,800.00 savings per project or 1.5%). In addition, you will receive priority for all investment properties that fit your criteria, but a decision needs to be made in 24hrs.
