2. Consequences of Loan Fraud

Criminal Prosecution: Loan fraud is a serious offense. Providing false or misleading information in a loan application can result in criminal charges, including fines and imprisonment, depending on the severity of the offense.

Civil Action: In addition to criminal prosecution, clients who commit loan fraud may face civil action. This can include lawsuits filed by the lender or other affected parties seeking compensation for damages caused by the fraudulent activities.

3. Payment for Services

Service Engagement: By engaging ACF’s services, you agree that the fees for our services are considered earned upon engagement. This means that once you have agreed to use our services, the payment obligation is binding and fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the loan application process.

4. Client Obligations

Provision of Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate information as requested by ACF and any affiliated lenders. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your loan application and potential legal action.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of ACF’s services. Any illegal activities, including but not limited to loan fraud, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. ACF’s Rights and Responsibilities

Verification of Information: ACF reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by you. This may involve contacting third parties, such as employers, financial institutions, and other relevant entities.

Service Provision: ACF will provide services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. However, ACF does not guarantee the approval of any loan application, as final decisions are made by the respective lenders based on their criteria.

6. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Loan Approval: While ACF will make reasonable efforts to assist in the loan application process, we do not guarantee the approval of any loan. The final decision rests with the lender.

Liability Limitations: ACF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

7. Amendments to Terms

Changes to Terms: ACF reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and ACF for the use of this website and our services.
